Skilled nursing

A skilled nursing facility (SNF) like Cherry Ridge provides 24-hour licensed nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, and full assistance with daily living. It is the right choice when:

  • Your loved one is recovering from surgery, stroke, or serious illness
  • They need IV medications, wound care, or complex medication management
  • They cannot safely live alone, even with family support
  • They need long-term care for advanced dementia or chronic illness

Assisted living

Assisted living offers a residential setting with help for daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals) but no licensed nursing on site 24/7. It works for seniors who are mostly independent but want support and social connection.

Home health

Home health brings nurses or therapists to your home for scheduled visits — usually a few hours a few times a week. It is great for short rehab episodes when family can provide care between visits, but it is not a substitute for round-the-clock care.
